WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you wish to return an item from your order it must be arranged within 30 days of your Order Purchase Date.
Please make sure the following criteria are met:
- The item must be in original condition with all tags attached
- The item must not be worn, washed or altered in any way
All exchanges will be made for the same purchase value of the item(s) being returned sent via standard post.
For sale items all returns will be issued a Store Credit only. Store Credits do not expire!
Please note we are unable to refund/credit initial or return shipping costs.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
For all returns please contact us via our 24/7 LiveChat and we will allocate a Returns Authorisations (RA) number for you.
Once the returned item(s) is received, a replacement (if exchanged) will be sent - or we will issue a Store Credit.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
We do not charge restocking fees. However the shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to lilybod for an exchange or store credit are not covered or reimbursed by us.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
If you receive a damaged item, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately via our 24/7 LiveChat so we can personally and quickly assist you.
We offer a full refund (including return shipping cost) unless you’re happy with an exchange or replacement. To speed up the process we recommend you take some pictures that can be emailed to us.
